The 1999 SCSGNAConference, entitled 1999 JCAHO UPDATE: SMOOTH SAILING YOUR WAY TO COMPLICANCE, was held on the Queen Mary. We were fortunate to have Ms Carol Patterson, MN, RN speak on JCAHO issues. Dr. Simon Lo spoke on GI Technologies for the New Millenium, and Professor barbara Sarter, Ph.D., FNP spoke on Integrating Alternative and Holistic Therapies in the Management of GI Ailments and Diseases.

 

Barbara Wagstaff, our past president, stands by the quilt SCSGNA bid on. This quilt will remain with our organization until the May 2000 SGNA meeting to be held in Anaheim.
